Benefit Amount $50 / week
Maximum Benefit as Percent of Base Weekly Earnings 25%
Benefit Waiting Period 90 days
Maximum Benefit Period 13 weeks
AFB MD – Implementing same plan design as all other states.
Accident Disability benefit will pay for a total disability due to a covered Accident.
We will pay % of base weekly earnings, not to exceed the benefit amount, after the benefit waiting period which begins the date of total disability up to the maximum benefit period.
