Responsiveness: reaction times, flexibility (free textbook copies), handling of and openness to new technologies (LINK, web site change, electronic sales)
The absolute EUR price is usually not questioned (neither praised, which means, we’re mostly ok). It’s the difference between the EUR and the USD price, that concerns authors (especially with the current ration between the currencies).
