Little Brownie is introducing a safe and easy way to help girls supercharge their cookie sales and reach their goals by tapping the marketing power of the internet. Sign girls up for the online Cookie Club, where a brand-new feature lets them send s asking customers for cookie “promises.” Customers use an online order form to submit their promises, which are automatically recorded in the girl’s Cookie Club account.

Because the Cookie Club is built especially for girls ages 12 and under, it’s colorful and entertaining. When they click the link, they will go into the cookie-ordering experience we call “promises.” Note that recipients are asked to not forward this to anyone else. Tracks cookie bundles and donations. Customers order any number. The customer lands on this page to make a promise. The page even tracks cookie bundle orders and cookie donations. Customers can select a quantity of up to 30 packages of a single variety. They can use the quantity button again, as many times as they wish, to add more cookies to their promise. 2009 Proprietary and Confidential 8

SUBMITTING YOUR PROMISE
Before submitting the final “promise,” the customer selects how he or she prefers to be contacted and can choose a message from a drop-down menu. There is no open field where the customer can write, so the girl is protected from unwanted communications. 2009 Proprietary and Confidential

For example, you don’t want a young friend ordering dozens of cookie packages but have no means to pay for them. GIRLS CREATE A CONTACT LIST
There are many other powerful features of the site. For example, the girl can create a Cookie Contacts list to easily manage all her customer contacts. Best of all, she can export this list, save it, and import it again next year to return to her best customers. There are easy, on-screen directions. 2009 Proprietary and Confidential

MEMBERSHIP BEGINS WITH THE VOLUNTEER
Here’s how to get started. 1) The adult volunteer must set up a Cookie Club account for each girl. 2) Parents sign and return the Cookie Club permission form before you give the girls their passwords. This form explains that parents are responsible for confirming that the “promises” are from legitimate customers. 2009 Proprietary and Confidential

VOLUNTEER SET-UP Setting up girl account is easy. Select your council name, type in the number of girls selling cookies and the number of packages they need to sell to reach their goal. You’ll also need to type in a few words about the girls’ goal. For each girl, type in her first and last name, age and an easy-to-remember password you select. In s, only a girl’s first name and last initial will appear. When you’re done, hit submit! 2009 Proprietary and Confidential

REPORTS AND DATA In the Reports section, you can see how girls are progressing toward their goal. Here’s an easy way to streamline your start-up. After you enter all the girls’ information, go to this Reports section. Print out the Roster, which is a complete listing of all the names and passwords you entered. Cut the sheets into strips. In exchange for a signed permission form, give each girl the slip with her ID and password. 2009 Proprietary and Confidential
