After Login Dashboard is our very first page and Download Data must be our first activity.
For this activity we need Internet connectivity.

5. Profile
User Profile Display the summery for user school visited last month, No of school visited this month, Remaining school that user need to visit.

6. School Status(Welcom screen)
After School selection very first this screen appear.

7. School Status(Student Enrolled)
When we go for school inspection first time we need to enter total student enrollment count for every class.

8. School Status(80% student laguage status)
Here we need need to mark language if more than 80(%) student speaks any other laguage excepts Hindi and English.

9. School Status(50% student laguage status)
Here we need need to mark language if more than 50(%) student speaks any other laguage excepts Hindi and English.

10. Laguage known by Teacher
Here we need to mark teacher language status if they speak other than Hindi/English.

11. Material on School campus
Here we need to mark material status after physical verification in school.

12. End of School Status
End of school status.
Press finish button.

13. Mark Student/Teacher Attendance
Mark Attendance for student we need to enter only available student count for each class.
Mark Attendance for Teacher we need to enter only present teacher count on that school.

14. School Inspection
For School Inspection we have list of 15- Questions and all are mandetory. Without completed all we can’t move to the next screen.

15. Class Inspection
For Hindi questions like can read/write letter,can read word, can read paragraph etc.
For English questions like can read/write letter,can read word, can read paragraph etc.
For Mathematics questions like can count ,add/subtract one digit no, can multiply tow digit no etc

16. Help
If user faced problem to operate the e-vidya mobile application then they can take help from Help Section eighter in video and text format.

17. Feedback
If User have any kind of suggestion then they can write on feedback section and submit.

18. Upload data
After completion any section of e-vidya application all data is still in our device.
To move data from our mobile/tablet device to server we need to upload data from each like Mark attendance upload, School inspection upload etc.

Teacher Module

20. Registration This is the very first process for new teacher.
Select Role type teacher and enter school dise code in Enter code box.

21. Login
At the time of login we need to enter registered mobile no and password that we use at the time of Registration.

22. Dashboard
After Login Dashboard is our very first page and Download Data must be our first activity.
For this activity we need Internet connectivity.

23. Click on sync button to sync data
After Download data we need to download data for teacher and student individually.

24. List for Teacher/Student
After download data teacher and student list is available for that particular school.

25. Sudent Enrollment
This module works for new admission on that school.

26. Teacher Leave manegment
In Teacher Attendance we need to mark only for absent teachers.

27. Student Attendence
In Student Attendance same as teacher attendance we need to mark only for absent student.

28. Student Progress
In student progression after selection of class and section we have some student name and their class and section.
We can promote them to the next class.
We mark “L” for their left out.
We mark “R” for repeated student.

29. Quarterly Indicator(Sanitation)
Quarterly indicator is for basics facility in school like toilets, drinking water, cleanliness ect.

30. Quarterly Indicator(Cleanliness)
Quarterly indicator cleanliness is about waste management by that particular school.

31. Quarterly Indicator(Drinking Water)
Quarterly indicator Drinking water is about drinking water facility in that particular school.
Quality of drinking water.
Storage of drinking water.

32. Quarterly Indicator(Other Infrastructure)
Quarterly indicator for other infrastructure is about electricity, boundary wall, computers and internet facility.

33. LTF(Learning Tracking Format)
LTF is stands for Learning Tracking Format it is used for student assessment.
LTF is the way to know and record the skill of each and every student.

34. Daily Survey
In Daily Survey we need to enter some Gyansetu related information on daily basis.
Press Next to continue.

35. Gyansetu
Here we need to enter the status of Gyansetu at that Present day.

36. Gyansetu Lakshya Group Class-3
Here we select the status of class-3 in Lakshya group.
Press Next to move another screen.

37. Gyansetu Lakshya Group Class-6
Here we select the status of class-6 in Lakshya group.
Press Next to move another screen.

38. Gyansetu Lakshya Group Class-9
Here we select the status of class-9 in Lakshya group.
Press Next to move another screen.

39. Weekly Survey
In Weekly Survey we enter the status of Gyansetu programme on weekly basis.
Press Submit Survey button to save data of weekly survey.

40. Inbox
When we have message from other level then it will display in inbox.

41. Upload Data
After completion any section of e-vidya application all data is still in our device.
To move data from our mobile/tablet device to server we need to upload data from each like Mark attendance upload, School inspection upload etc.

42. Change Password
If we want to change password swipe left on out e-vidya application and change password.
