Swimming Running Walking Doing sports like cheer, football, basketball, baseball, track, volleyball, cross country etc. Dancing Lifting weights Yoga Aerobics

Does Physical Activity need to be always hard?
Physical Activity does not always need to be hard you can have a light workout or a very intense one. It doesn’t matter you will still get something from it. After working out for a long time you will build endurance, and eventually you will be able to more.
