Directions 1. Divide your 9x12 paper into sections by drawing 12 lines that radiate out from the center. 2. In every other section draw curved lines that curve towards to center. 3. Choose a complimentary color scheme. Color in every other section (with the curved lines that you just drew) in 1 of your complementary colors ex. Light orange & dark orange. Do not leave any sections white! Color darker at the edges and lighter in the center.

Light blue & dark blue) in the section of lines that you just drew that curve away from the center. Do not leave any sections white! Color darker at the edges and lighter in the center.

Criteria for Success Create 12 sections, with every other sections displaying lines that curve in the opposite direction. Create an Op Art drawing that shows complimentary colors being used to enhance the design. Use Value (light and dark) within each of the colors to help create movement. Excellent craftsmanship- Attention to detail.
