11. Student illnesses/infectious diseases
Student absences
If your child is going to be absent from school please leave a message on the STUDENT ABSENCE LINE or report the absence on QParents before 8:50am.
An absence of 10 or more school days requires an exemption form. Please contact the office.

If your child has an infectious disease for example whooping cough please notify the school.
Student medications
Students requiring medication whilst at school require a form to be filled out prior to any staff administering the medication at school.

Report Cards
Each semester families will electronically receive a report card on student achievement.
Report cards are also available from QParents. Additionally, invoices and payment information can be access in QParents.

Each semester families will be invited to celebrate their child’s learning.

Parent / Teacher Interviews
Each semester families will have the opportunity to meet with their child’s teacher.
Parents and teachers can also request to
schedule a time together to discuss complex
learning needs and support. If you received such a request from your child’s teacher please respond promptly.
Student Portfolio of Assessment
Summative assessment items are moderated across the year level, collated in a portfolio and are available for parental perusal.
