1.Resonance scan : for automatic determining the exact resonance frequency.
2.IGBT (Insulated gate bipolar transistor) based efficient power circuit. More durable compare to traditional transistor system.
3.New circuit to increase welding amplitude to achieving maximum hermetic seal. The output power is at least 20% higher than old transistor generator.

5. LED indicator : for frequency and amplitude.
6. Self diagnosis indicator: overload.
7. The life time of Horn will be longer.
8. In loading condition, the horn temperature won’t increase
quickly. Once Horn frequency is stable, the machine can work
properly and achieve good welding strength on welding
workpiece.
9. We have 20KHZ-2000W(Line source:1phase) and 20KHZ-
3000W(Line source:3 phase) for choice.
