1. LIGHTING OVEN
Steps to Follow

2. Main Gas Shut Off for Ovens, Grill & Burners
Turn on main gas valve

3. How to Light Oven

4. Remove front panel to access Pilot.
Push and hold pilot button located on the right for 60 seconds.
Continue holding.

5. After lighting pilot, continue holding the button down for an additional 45 seconds.
Release button and check to see if Pilot light remains lit.

6. Lighting Burners, Grills & Bottom Ovens

7. Light pilots at burner locations
Remove panel in bottom of oven. Under door panel is safety pilot valve

8. Remove panel from front oven to access pilot valve

9. Hold pilot safety valve down for 60 seconds. Continue holding.
Light pilot. Hold button for an additional 45 seconds
Release button to check if pilot remains lit.

10. Steam Table
Use wrench to turn on gas valve

11. Remove all steam tray pans
Remove cover located on the bottom of steam well

12. Light pilot at each steam well location and reinstall covers and steam trays.
