5. SOP’s for selling flooring
Client visits the showroom.
Client selects available flooring option, than through SITE intimation measurement is taken on next day.
After measurement, quotation is made and forwarded to client.
100% payment taken from client for order placement and receipt is prepared as procedure.
Installation date is given to client after coordinating with our flooring site supervisor.
Order is booked and invoice is prepared.
GDO is prepared for the delivery of goods as per our standard delivery time or as decided.
Floor is send to store for skirting cutting.
Intimation is put for fixation of floors.
After installation FFR (Final Finish Report) gets filled from client which shows the overall feedback of IWM services.
