My original attested numbers were from the BridgeIT report Claim level financial analysis that I added a few columns to
This report did not contain all of the info I needed for the Audit
For the Audit I used a report called Claims by Insurance
It contained all data OMIG wanted
The numbers did not match the original numbers I had attested to, but were still greater than the 35% range
I wrote a letter explaining this “phenomenon”
