The State of South Carolina provides funding for residents enrolled in credit hours in ONE (the same) semester. Taxpayer dollars fund the Lottery Tuition Program (LTAP) To receive the funds, students must PROVE they are SC Residents. Math Question Number 1: What is the student’s college GPA at the end of high school? 1. Add total number of GPA points 2. Divide by total number of classes Answer is: 2.5 Math Question Number 2: What is student’s GPA at the end of first year of college? 1. First year GPA points will be 10 classes times Add total GPA points from high school and college 3. Divide by total number of classes Answer is: 2.85

Course Requests VERIFICATION WEEK
Monday, May 14 through Friday, May 18, 2018 May 18 – Last day to change a course request August 20 – First day of school August 24 – (CHS)Last day to drop a class and move to a study hall August 26 and forward – (CHS) Students who drop will receive a WF August 29 – (USC) Last day to withdraw from a class and receive a full refund. Oct. 15 – (USC) Last day to withdraw with a W on USC transcript and no refund. Oct. 16 and forward – (USC) Students who drop with receive a WF and no refund
