5. HUB & SPOKE HPV ADVOCATES
Purpose of HPV Advocate – Help pediatricians and pediatric teams in the Intermountain West to gain a better understanding of the impact of HPV- related cancers and pre-cancers on patients.
HPV Advocate – An individual who has been diagnosed with an HPV related cancer/pre-cancer or an individual who has been impacted by a family member with an HPV-related cancer.

6. HPV Advocate Activities
The Intermountain West HPV Vaccination Coalition will work to find an HPV advocate who will be assigned to your practice.
This advocate with meet with your team two times over the next six months.
The advocate will share their experiences with HPV-related cancers with your team in small meetings.
Discussion: Options for regions where we are unable to find an HPV Advocate (webinars, conference calls, etc.)?

7. Hub and Spoke Resources
We can help find local HPV advocates in your region.
We can provide support through monthly conference calls and in-person meetings.
We can connect you with the most up to date HPV vaccination resources for primary care providers.
We are an outlet for HPV vaccination news and tools.
We can facilitate sharing of HPV vaccination success stories and effective HPV intervention strategies among coalition members.
We can provide you with additional one-on-one support.
