Schedule of Events The district advertised the RFP on December 12, 2017 and December 19, 2017. Pre Bid meetings were held on December 18, 2017 and December 19, 2017.

Schedule of Events The RFP had a closing date (deadline for submitting) on January 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. An initial evaluation of the responses was conducted on January 19, 2018.

Schedule of Events Presentations/interviews from the respondents will be held on January 23, 2018 and January 24, 2018. Recommendation will be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval on February 12, 2018.
