We are the best pupils and there are a lot of ace pupils in our class and among our friends. Some of them are healthy, they know about bad habits and healthy living guide. But sometimes we can see that they look unhealthy. Why? What’s the matter? How can we explain their pale appearance and why they are tired very often? And we decided to help them and give some advices how to look great and healthy!!! We have made a menu for an ace pupil. Cartoon’s hero Mickey Mouse will help us.

Mickey has spent some days at school and has learned that our health depends on many things. That’s why the marks are influenced by the food we eat.

The day of the pupil should begin with a proper breakfast. When a child has breakfast, he will be ready for lessons.

Lunch: Salad. Borsch or svekolnik with sour cream. Veal meat with mashed potatoes and a half of sweet pepper. Stewed fruit or juice.`

Supper: Cottage cheese or some pudding with sour cream. You can eat a carrot or an apple. You can drink a cup of tea. Fruit jelly is good for dessert.

Our advices: Eat the food which is rich in proteins (meat, fish, nuts, cheese and milk). It helps your body grow and be healthy and it gives you energy. Eat the food which is rich in fat (milk, cheese, butter and meat). It also gives you energy. Eat the food which is rich in carbohydrates (bread, pasta, cereals, potatoes and cabbage). They give you energy. Eat vitamins and minerals (A, B, C, D). They help your body to be healthy. You can get vitamins and minerals from fresh fruit and vegetables.

Mickey says that he knows that when you eat healthy food you will study well, you will be healthy, clever and you will be an ace pupil. Goodbye!!!
