Simple Past Common verbs
Be; have; do; get; make; go; take; see; come; think; look; want; give; use; find; work; buy; call; drive; ride; wash; watch We use Simple Past when we want to refer to an action we did in the past. We have two types of verbs: regulars (-ed) and irregulars; Negatives (didn’t + verb); questions (did + subject + verb) Examples: Tom played tennis yesterday.
