Schedule Store Visit Surveys Synchronize Training Communication Tools
View your schedule for the day/week. Store Visit Sign in to your store. Surveys Answer surveys for your stores and place Orders/Returns Synchronize Synchronize your unit Training Maintain/teach your training classes. Communication Review, send, and receive messages. Tools Set the date/time, state why you can’t work that day or send message to your supervisor. Help Find the number for technical support, can change the user, and select modem. Reports Show your work history for the past 3 weeks.

Scheduling The Schedule icon is where you can view what work has been assigned to you for today or for days in the future. You can accept the scheduled visits, place the visit on hold, cancel the visit or mark a store as being closed. This area also shows what surveys must be done for the different stores.

Reporting Arrival Once you have arrived at the store you are working at, you will report arrival here. This must be done before you can enter survey information. On this screen you will see a list of all stores assigned to you. It will show the store number, address, city, and if you scroll to the right you will see state.

Orders Products can be ordered by the Item Number, UPC, Customer Number, Description or Scanning the UPC. Product Packages can be created to limit products that can be ordered in stores.

Returns Products can be returned by the Item Number, UPC, Customer Number, Description or Scanning the UPC. Product Packages can be created to limit products that can be returned in stores.

Inventory The Inventory module allows reps to collect information about your products in the store. It will also allow you to collect competitors pricing.

POP Ordering The POP Ordering allows reps to quickly order POP products. The rep can also view a picture of the item to be ordered.

Surveys Surveys allow the rep to answer questions about their store visit or displays. Question types that we have available are: Numeric (including Decimal) Text Signature Picture Multiple Choice Multiple Select (can be dropdown) Single Select Document or Image Yes/No Date Completion Question Surveys can be marked as Mandatory.

Training The Training module allows reps to train store employees on new products. The rep can track the training time, display a video and state if the employee completed the training.

Reporting Departure Once you have answered all required surveys and completed your work at the store, it’s time to report your departure. On this screen, you will see the name of the store, date/time of arrival and departure, total time spent at the store, and list of surveys answered.

Work History The History module shows the rep the work they have performed for the past 3 weeks.

Rep To Rep Messaging Rep to rep messaging was designed to allow PocketTRACKER users to send messages to other PocketTRACKER users. Currently it supports attachments of images only. For this feature, your SD card must be in the unit.

Synchronizing It is very important to always keep the latest store list, and latest survey questions on your device. It is also very important to get the information that you have entered back to the main system. There are several ways to synchronize your unit with the main system; your home computer, a modem card & a phone/fax line, an Ethernet card & a high speed connection, or using your cell phone line.
