PCCKL laid km long Cochin-Coimbatore-Karur product pipeline during and commissioned in 2002.
CCK pipeline has one pumping station and two delivery terminals
Now, PCCKL is 100% wholly owned subsidiary company of BPCL

ERV was used to collect the oil water mixture and discharged into ETP of Kochi Refinery of BPCL
Quantity of diesel was less than 300 litres
No standing crops near the area
No traces of oil in the wells of villagers
No damage to property of PCCKL
No product crisis to BPCL as pumping resumed next day after clearance from PESO

Ferrule type threaded joint with SS tubing replaced with flange joint with carbon steel piping
Online alarm facility in SCADA with zero pressure
HC detector with alarm facility in SCADA
OWS connecting storm water drain with isolation valve
Additional display board with contact numbers
Notice to public displayed outside gate mentioning do’s and don’ts in case of an emergency
