Sealed the envelope
Outside the envelope, write: Dental (Core) Claims
Drop the envelop into the ‘Flexible Benefits
Reimbursement (FSA)’ box
a) At Level 1 of North Spine, in front of Canopy Stage (beside Flower Cottage)
b) Around the entrance of Canteen B (at the end of Car Park B), opposite the computer shop
Employees at CCE (Centre for Continuing Education) at One-North can pass their envelopes to their Reception Counter (no collection box).
