Most sites now corrected One Supplier is seeking clarification from CER Need to retain as IGG item until resolved Sites Energised without Registration A small number of sites over 30 kVA were energised without a registration Networks have contacted the customers advising them of need to sign up with a Supplier 12 sites still not signed up and Networks are continue to follow up System Control to avoid a recurrence is now in place

24 MRSO Delays in Completing Registration of New Connections
We are currently investigating a small number of sites that may not have been advised as energised and so registration has not been completed We will also review the controls in this area with Networks to ensure that they are adequate Transmission Connected Sites Provision of data for 5 new sites unresolved PDS and Nat Grid in ongoing discussions

25 MRSO QH sites designated as NQH in SAP IS-U
Total number of sites that moved to QH in the May 06 tranche are as follows; PES - 300 IS - 44 There is a balance of approx 35 sites that we will move in the next tranche in July PDS Review complete and 723 sites identified Meter Asset Mgt notified and kits being sourced They will advise programme plan shortly Will be flagged as QH eligible on extranet

PDS will have proposals on annual verification by 2nd June and will then agree with CER Note also that PDS have problems with validating data for a small number of sites where data is provided by Grid. Proposed long term solution is via SEM ??

February Re-Aggregation CD issued 12th May 13 Month Issue Mods Panel has made a decision (PM179) Detailed design work required from small project team to implement the changes

These cover revenue protection and meter/time switch faults which are not automatically included in Aggregation Following the Mods Panel discussions there may need to be a revision to Agreed Procedure 03 Mods panel has agreed the following proposals consumption adjustments within 13 months will be advised to Settlement by a manual extract consumption adjustments greater than 13 months would be treated same as consumption outside 13 month window MRSO and SSA to meet and agree relevant procedures

Learning Point: Change of Supplier Read Arrangements A couple of Market Participants have submitted 010 messages in the recent past with Read Arrangement of SC or CR and a Required Date into the future Market Participants should not populate the Required Date where the read type is SC Market Participants need only populate the Required Date where the read type is CR and the reading is on the 010 message 010 messages with Required Dates well into the future will mean that the Change of Supplier process will wait until the date has been reached

DR 0111 Text to be added to MPD 14 to cater for Standard Profile Changes Raised by: Retail Market Design Service It is proposed to include supporting information in MPD14 - Readings Processing - Non QH Meter section 3 Supplementary Information as follows: 'Whenever any standard profile change occurs that is not concurrent with the billing of a settlement relevant reading, then the first settlement relevant reading following the change will give rise to two AUFs, each of which is calculated pro-rata according to theload profile applying before and after the effective date of change.' DR 0113 SUPPLIER OF LAST RESORT (SOLR) Raised by: ESB Customer Supply CER has issued a final direction on the Supplier of Last Resort (CER 06/006). ESB Customer Supply have been appointed by CER to provide a SoLR function for the Irish electricity market. SoLR takes effect when a supplier exits the market and the customers supplied by the exiting supplier will revert to the SoLR unless they apply to an alternative supplier. Following Feedback, further Clarification Required from CER

- DRR 0103 Removal of Redundant codes from Market Design - Raised by: Retail Market Design Service Amend the Market Design so that the following 2 code values for DUoS Group are not associated with NQH Sites: DG5A - LV Non-Domestic Non-MD Autoproducer DG6A - LV MD Autoproducer Amend the Market Design so that Autoproducer sites are only associated with MCC11 and not MCC10 and MCC68. Remove references to the following DUoS Group as it is no longer needed in the Market Design DG4 – Un-metered Amend the Code description of DG3 from Public Lighting to Un-Metered to reflect the types of site currently included in this category. Remove MCC68 as this is now a redundant code in the Market Design.

Document “Market Approach to Cutover” to issue this week. This outlines the key milestones and timings for the cutover. New CD containing the release [XML Schema, Webforms] will be sent out on This CD should be used for the release on Saturday 24th June. Market Participants to confirm whether or not they have received the CD. Market Participants partaking in release on Saturday 24th June to confirm the contact name and contact numbers for the day. Market Participants must not apply the software release (from CD) to their production MPCC until first contacted by an Networks representative on the day. Information Points Old messages (23rd June or earlier) which are changing during the release can not be re-sent after the schema release.
