3. You are going to view stomata under a microscope.
THEN you will return to your desks and write out a procedure explaining the experiment

4. First brush a THIN layer of nail varnish onto the underside of a leaf

5. Blow on the leaf to dry the varnish
Gently peal off a section of the varnish
Place onto a slide, stain and add a cover slip

6. Place the slide under the microscope under the lowest magnification – smallest lens

7. Finally, draw what you can see
