1 Meter Status Table Providing timely opening reads is an obligation to the confirming shippers. However where the confirming shipper fails to meet this obligation Xoserve estimate an opening read. The Shipper Agreed Read process (SAR) is therefore in place to allow the Confirming Shipper only to challenge an opening read that has been estimated by Xoserve. SAR’s are chargeable as a user pays service. This process is detailed in Uniform Network Code section M 3.8 A SAR can be submitted to Xoserve via 3 methods: Fax BISCUIT (template for submitting bulk queries sanctions by SPAA) U01
