Regional Issues brought forward: closer collaboration with EFCA; GAMA and ASPAC explore regional initiatives

FIDIC signs up MDBs: FIDIC closed an agreement with the world’s leading development banks –> harmonised use of construction contract based on FIDIC => Significant gains for industry.

Late payment issue makes progress
One of the partners takes responsibility for the activity, effectively acting as a supplier; in other cases, all parties are jointly responsible. A typical situation is a training course organised by a national Member Association with FIDIC providing support in several areas, notably lecturers, course content, marketing and recognition.
