Objective 2: improve quality and availability of data Objective 4: Strengthen capacity of CRMF Objective 5 : Multi-Agency Cooperation Ensure customs input in threat and risk assessment of other authorities OBJECTIVE 2: Pre-loading and pre-arrival data through Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) MF is applied to advanced cargo data for transport of goods via sea and air. For risk analysis purposes there is a need to have data on the actual goods and the persons actually involved in the supply chain of a particular shipment of goods. Based on the contractual situation the carrier does not always have all the required at his disposal. Other persons do have the data and they should either submit the data to the carrier or submit the data directly to customs.
