Working group charged by the ITLC to draft a conceptual framework for campus-based shared IT services: high quality, consistent, sustainable, broad adoption Allow campuses to focus on the services that differentiate us rather than commodity IT services that do not Learn from Current Shared Services to find what works, and how we can support new services Validate Campus Led – System Backed model 11/24/2018

Objective #2: Build on current themes for Shared Services
ITLC Pillars Pillar I — Formalize partnerships with UC Leadership groups to jointly establish principles for common or shared solutions and to develop and regularly maintain shared roadmaps of future direction Pillar II — Establish the enterprise architecture and technology infrastructure necessary to promote and support interoperability and sharing of IT solutions among and between campuses. 11/24/2018
