What Is EDConnect? EDConnect Shared Services was established on 4 April, 2016 providing a single point of contact for support with SAP finance & Business Services, IT and SALM (Student Management & Wellbeing). On the 4 October 2016, the department’s Human Resources (HR) Shared Services and Procurement support transitioned to EDConnect. This completes the consolidation of the department’s five corporate functional areas to the new shared service. Finance Information Technology (IT) Human Resources (HR) & Business Services Procurement (including DETBuy) Student Management & wellbeing The online query for Procurement will not be available until late term 4, Queries for Procurement can still be ed to DETBuy at Customers will continue to with their Procurement queries, however we will be looking to change this to an online query form as part of our continuous improvement initiatives. School, corporate and TAFE staff can call one number or submit a query online. © NSW Department of Education | EDConnect

EDConnect Service Hours _________________________________
EDConnect core services are offered between 8:30am to 4:00pm. Some teams, including Finance, Business Services and IT, offer services between 7:30am and 6:00pm. Customers can submit an online query at any time and the respective team will respond during business hours. For HR, IT, SAP Finance, Business Services and Student Management and Wellbeing, you can submit your query online. Procurement queries can still be ed to Note: Online queries will be available for Procurement late in term 4, 2016. For more information visit the EDConnect intranet You can also access short cuts for our phone menu (IVR) using the QRGs available on the EDConnect intranet. Some teams are small and do not have the resource to function from 7:30 to 6 pm (alternative is to submit your query online) © NSW Department of Education | EDConnect
