Customer logs on UniPrint portal
Customer requests items required
UniPrint submits order to printer
Printer delivers goods to customer
Printer invoices customer via APES workflow
UniPrint replenishes stock at Corporate Cost to retained optimal levels
Products available
A5 Pads
Certificates
Letterhead
Envelopes
Presentation Folders
Customer held stock for pick and pack

3. Use either of the following browsers (DO NOT USE ANY OTHER BROWSERS)
Copy the following link and save to your favorites
*Secure site: Ensure full link is used

4. Login using your UniSA Login
Type your
UniSA Username
Password
&
Click Sign In

5. Click Start Order
Select IQ Store Item

6. Your School of Unit will auto populate
in the Customer field

7. Select Product
By clicking either
Product Icon or
Text (Left Hand Side)

8. Select the required Quantity in the drop down list
Click Add to place the order in your shopping cart
Products can only be ordered in set quantities. E.g. Letterheads 500 sheets per pack
2018 rate for pick and pack is: $1 per pack + $25 delivery fee + GST
(stock items are prepaid via Corporate Expenses)

9. To add additional products Click on the + Select Add IQ Store Item
Repeat the steps on the prior slide

10. The products ordered will appear in the shopping cart
Click Checkout to complete delivery details

11. You can remove an unwanted product by clicking on

12. Enter the required Delivery Address* To enter an address click +
Complete Address fields
Click Save & Close
* Note: Store Items can only be sent to a single address

13. Your Contact Name should auto-populate
Enter in the Notes field any delivery or time constraints
Select Complete Order

14. Your order has now been placed and will be processed by UniPrint
