2. Play! The best way to learn a new program is to play around with it.
With normal use, there is nothing you can do to hurt the computers at Skokie Public Library.  

3. We learn from our mistakes
Minor whoopsies:  use <Cntl + Z> (or the “back” arrow) to undo the previous step.  
Still have questions?  Ask your neighbor or instructor for help  We encourage talking.

4. Practice!
We’ve all learned something cool, only to get frustrated the next time we try it out.  Come to the Tech Help Desk .We are always very happy to help figure things out.  No one knows all the answers, but at the THD, we know how to look things up.
