Consider the relationship between housing and economic growth with an emphasis on the impact of regeneration and infrastructure investment.
Consider the role and impact of public sector reform – in particular the changing roles of providers and strategic housing authorities within the context of emerging Combined Authorities
Take evidence on existing or potential solutions and opportunities to these challenges – including the role and scope of devolved powers and budgets
Develop overall objectives for housing investment in the North and, through the reconstituted APPG make recommendations to national and local Government on the changes needed to develop these
