Abstract As day by day the organizations are going global, to touch every corner of the market we need to provide the services in every possible language that counts. If taken in consideration our current market, i.e. US, Spanish is second most spoken language. As we move towards southern part of US, the number of Spanish speakers goes on increasing.

In order to cater every single end user we must and we do provide our services in Spanish also. To avail the product and / or services in multiple languages successfully, the quality of the content must be superior. In this paper we have tried to enlighten the process and guidelines for the same.

Challenge: Existing English automation scripts cannot work as it is on non-English language UIs Solution: Unique ID for each UI object Update existing scripts for different languages Separate language wise sets of scripts with same functionality & backend

Currently working in Fiserv India Pvt. Ltd. as Spanish tester in QA. Has worked on mobile, Web and IVR testing in Spanish and English languages. Amit Shelke: Currently working in Fiserv India Pvt. Ltd. as tester in QA and trained on basics on Spanish language. Has worked on mobile, Web and IVR testing and backend components testing.
