Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday AM Snack Fruit / Vegetable Orange wedges Banana Apple Slices Pears Grain Rice Krispies Bagels Toasted WW English Muffin Muffins Apple Cinnamon Cheerios Meat & Alternative Milk and alternatives Milk 2% Cream cheese Other Raisins Wow Butter & Jam Lunch Minestrone Soup Cucumber slices Carrot Soup Green pepper slices Pickles Open faced tuna melts Stir Fry Chicken Tuna/Egg/Cheese Wraps All Beef Hot Dogs Fish Sticks WW Kaiser Orzo pasta Tortilla Wraps Buns Challah Vegetable Plate Mixed Vegetables Finger Vegetables Tossed salad/veggie plate Mashed Potatoes & baby carrots Other Water PM Snack Seasonal Fresh Fruit Mixed Raw Veggies Fresh berries Rice Cakes Multigrain tortilla Chips Homemade Banana bread Crackers Graham Crackers Wow Butter Salsa Granola Apple Sauce Mixed Berry Cream cheese This menu is designed to provide approximately 50% of the recommended number of Canada Food Guide Servings per day for Children aged 2-8 years old. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are meat days. Due to the observance of Kosher dietary laws, these days are low in servings of Milk and alternatives. *Finger vegetables include: carrots, celery, green and red peppers, cucumbers and sliced tomatoes. Seasonal fresh fruit will be posted based on availability each week.
