Each SDH Community Web Page will offer a link under Interactive Media to “Personalize Your Home”

select “create an account”. Once approved access will be ed to you.

8. Download Image for Your Division Needs
Rt. Click on Image and Save Image As .png based on the color scheme of your choice.

Click on Colors.
Choose your community.

Shows you selected scheme
Double click to select different color schemes.
Select Download and Rt. Click to Save.
*NOTE* When asked ALWAYS select NO to this prompt. Making a mistake will remove that scheme from your choices.

Support Center will continue to manage some changes within the Plan and Elevation Library. Some changes should be initiated by the divisions. A form is being created and will be published on SMART for the following changes:

14. Implementation Plan Generate a unique brochure for each customer
Generate a unique brochure and download a .jpg for each inventory home and publish along with your MLS Listing.
