We used Teams to create a Virtual Tumor Board allowing doctors to:
Review case histories, x-rays and test results
Access reference materials
Collaborate with specialists around treatment options anywhere and anytime from their device of choice
Result: Able to serve triple the number of patients

Work anywhere and anytime from their device of choice
Collaborate asynchronously with others around experiment design and findings (less meetings!)

National Retailer
500 members of national logistics & quality make an impact with teams
Utilized user centric methodology to design an employee collaboration and communication platform
Logistics coordinators at Stores, Warehouses and Fulfillment centers rely on Microsoft Teams to ensure the right products are in the right places
Using Microsoft Teams to manage their work, get support and improve engagement
Planning to expand to over 2,000 team members

6. Global Productivity Major Production Studio
Using teams within the production services CTO office provides a new way for employees to collaborate around all things technical — from strategy to purchasing and everything in between.
Production Studio Business Units also starting to use Teams for high profile projects that require greater transparency and collaboration
Used across global time zones and offices
Reducing the number of recurring meetings
Sole source of truth with cloud documents. 
Production Services Department plans to expand its usage within other parts of its organization.

7. Our Team’s Journey
The Avanade Productivity Studio challenged itself to exemplify Microsoft’s “First and Best” customer in January 2017 by committing to Teams for collaboration.
Measurable Improvement: in the graph on the right, you can see a measurable acceleration in story points delivered per month with a slight tapering in hours.
Standardized Template: each project is established as a channel with tabs for: conversations, Files, OneNote, Actions, RAID log, and VSO backlog.
Repeatable process: we’ve used teams to support 30+ unique projects.
Accelerate People Rotation: project managers changed multiple times for career progression and leave of absence. Each transition has been seamless due to conversation history and notes availability.
Continued Innovation: our team tracks our innovation backlog in Teams. On our Innovation Channel, we keep a planner with a “How Might We Backlog” where any team member can ask a question that starts with the words ‘how might we’ and offers an opportunity for productivity improvements.
