1. New compact servomotors 1FK7
The digital system is completed with the new compact AC servormotors 1FK6.
The 1FK6 motors provide:
- Low mounting volume due to compact dimensions
- Flexible machine designs due to rotatable connector output directions
- Simplified cabling due to encoder system
- Low price.
The 1FK6 three-phase servomotors are permanent magnet-excited synchronous motors.Their flanges and shafts are compatible with those of the 1FT6 motors.
The motors are designed for operation without external ventilation and they dissipate heat loss through the outside surface.
The design is IM B5 (IM V1, IM V3) with degree of protection IP 64.
The outside surfaces of the motors have not been treated, i.e. they are prepared for painting.

2. High reliability
Each module has to pass a 100% load test minimum 30 minutes

Great reliability is one of the main requirements of the digital price segment.
We ensure great reliability as follows:
- 100% load test means that no module leaves the factory untested (burn-in, no random sampling).
- Almost 100% SMD components means that no problems with soldering points are to be expected.
- The advantage of an ASIC is the 100% certainty that it will run without error
- The latest protection know-how has already gone into the development phase of the CCU board, i.e. very many of the problems that could occur during production have been solved in advance.
- Quality project Q98 means that of 100 modules only 2 (internal) are allowed to fail. That is the criterion for production quality.
- The field testing phase with 10 European customers with different technologies has ensured that early failures no longer occur in the field with series supply.
- The zero series with 300 units already has the characteristics of a series.
