3 Metadata (classifications) on the net
presents (with J2EE-technology) one part of in-house metadata system (Oracle database, which user interface is made in Delphi) includes classifications and correspondence tables allows to administrate which classifications, which versions of them and which correspondence tables to publish output files: Excel, html, xml (CLASET DTD implemented) hierarchical classifications presented in both ways: in tree structure and in lists (levels available) linear classifications presented in lists bilingual: in Estonian and in English

4 Web-publication of regional statistics
first not pdf-publication the combination of html- and Excel-files not a database. All the data included are also available in the public database mainly short analysis combined with tables and graphs well marketed via active and close cooperation with local municipalities and county and municipality libraries still under development

5 Annual calendar of publishing in public database
Public database includes ca 200 bilingual tables (in Estonian and in English) Public database is the place for the first release Calendar published for the first time for 2005 includes ca 75% of the publishing dates of statistics published in the public database followed in 99% of cases

6 Not systemised client data
Client — data supplier, data user (paying and not-paying) at least four registers of clients (statistical business register, register of agricultural units, register of bookkeeping unit, register of dissemination unit) problems with the coherence of contact data suppresses development of marketing and collection of data We have started a project to develop CRM (for registering most of the contacts with clients) for the whole office. CRM will link most of the registers of clients.
