1 Dissemination and Sustainability
EUREKA project Dissemination and Sustainability This publication has been produced with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The contents of this publication are the sole responsibility of Titan Partnership and can in no way be taken to reflect the views of the NA and the Commission.

2 Aims of EUREKA dissemination
To promote the EUREKA project and the related curriculum approaches, interventions and training across individual educational institutions, school networks, training boards, local, regional and national education influencers, teacher training Institutions, higher education establishments and others. To focus on dissemination and promotion of the practically based and innovative elements of the EUREKA project designed to improve the lives and achievement of gifted young people. To communicate results to stakeholders and networks through training, national events and multiple communication channels and through partner websites.

3 Levels of dissemination
Dissemination will be at 4 levels: Local level – teachers, trainers, other professionals, governors and head teachers in primary and secondary schools. Regional level - regional authorities with responsibility for education, managers in strategic education companies, social partners of schools where appropriate. National level - authorities responsible for education (Ministries of Education, National Educational Agencies and Educational Funds). EU level dissemination via the creation of transnational networks. Each partner will contribute to raising the profile of the network and its resources.

4 Dissemination across the partnership
Titan will develop a dissemination plan for the partnership, which will include exploitation and communication. All partners will target MEPs and the project will use the Adam database and work with the SAP Project in the UK and the SEE project in the Czech Republic to promote the project across Europe. The Talented Children website will be maintained and will be linked as widely as possible to related sites to promote its availability: All institutions involved will be encouraged to become part of eTwinning communities across Europe sharing resources and developing projects further. We will establish links with ESHA (European Schools Heads Association) to promote the project widely.

5 Initiatives in each partner country
Specific initiatives include: Ireland: Internal - GRETB centres x 20 External ETBI (wider network of Training Boards in Ireland) / NAPD (National Association for Senior Staff) DES (Department of Education). GRETB has its own radio station. Communication and resources will be supplied to partners involved in other European Projects. Leargas the national agency in Ireland to be approached. Czech Rep: Internal - Primary and Secondary Educational Institutions and staff in the Zlín region. External - Network of pedagogical-psychological counselling centres, special pedagogical centres, Association of Secondary Schools, Network Support for Giftedness, National Institute for Education. UK: Including BCU and Titan. Internal - Primary/Secondary schools in the West Midlands of England, Academy chains, other educational bodies including local authorities, Higher Education Institutions including Teacher Training Institutions. Titan manages communities of practice for CPD leads and Gifted and Talented Coordinators in member schools; these provide a natural platform via which to promote the project materials and recruit participants to train and cascade learning to other colleagues. External - Department of Education, national projects such as STEMNET on a regional/national basis. The Titan network has over 50 member organisations, each with their own network of partners.

6 Initiatives in each partner country
Greece: Internal and external - Ellinogermaniki Agogi will undertake local dissemination activities through its extensive network of Open Discovery Space and Inspiring Science Education schools in Greece. Currently there are over 600 Greek schools engaged with the aforementioned pan-European initiatives. Ellinogermaniki Agogi holds regular training events for Greek teachers as part of national and international projects and Summer Schools. Ellinogermaniki Agogi maintains a number of online communities in the Open Discovery Space Portal and its Academy. In particular, the “ODS Community for School Innovation in Greece” with 510 members (teachers) and the “Training teachers in competence based education in Greece” community in ODS with 710 teachers are two examples. EA will maintain its support to Greek teachers through these communities of practice and will seek to expand them incorporating the training content developed by the Eureka project.

10 Sustainability Developing a sustainability strategy is key to long term success. All our partners will integrate the outputs from this project into their core business and develop and promote it at no cost to others. All partners will develop a sustainability plan to be submitted to Titan; Titan will provide a template for this activity. All partners have committed to the offer of consultancy beyond the lifespan of the project and this will be promoted at all local/regional/national dissemination events. BCU and KPPP will promote the certificated training course in the UK, the Czech Republic and across Europe. The course will be deliverable by other institutions, through support from the two partners and materials will be provided online. They will aim to gain accreditation through a European recognised accreditation body. The programme content and resources will also be fed in to the Initial Teacher Training programmes across the 5 partners to improve the awareness of student teachers of strategies to support their able learners most appropriately. This will lead to sustainability for the project. All partners have committed to host and maintain the Talented Children website beyond the duration of the project and to maintain sections on their own websites to give a high profile to the Eureka Project. This will include E-learning materials. Partner websites will host information on future activities and case studies beyond October 2018.
