3. [Setup Access to Vault Apps] Getting Started
Setting-up access to Vault Apps for an existing Worker is done via the Worker Register, this is found under People in the Menu bar
The Worker Register shows all current Workers within the organisation, along with key information about each individual Worker

4. [Setup Access to Vault Apps] Edit Worker
Locate the Worker you wish to arrange access for
Click Actions, then Edit

5. [Setup Access to Vault Apps] Select Access
Tick the checkboxes for the required Apps
The functionality that the Worker will see in their Vault Apps is governed by the Web Portal you select for them, so identify the Web Portal they will need access to
Click Generate to create token(s) which will be valid for one month

6. [Setup Access to Vault Apps] Note Token(s)
App Token(s) should be given to the Worker so that they may login to the relevant Vault App
Once the App Token(s) are noted down, click OK

7. [Setup Access to Vault Apps] Save Worker
Click Save to return to the Worker Register

8. [Setup Access to Vault Apps] Setup App
The Worker will need to install the relevant App via the Google Play or Apple App Store, select Login with Token’ and follow the prompts
