Does this statement represent Enlightenment ideas? Yes / No.
The heliocentric theory is correct. People are born with the right to life, liberty and own property. Governments that do not grant people their rights should be overthrown. An absolute monarch is necessary to keep order. A king has the right to tax his people heavily in order to build a palace. People should have freedom of speech & religion. People should have the right to go to school. If Aristotle said it, it’s right. No proof necessary.
