Log in to Workday
Click the icon/photo next to your name

Click Career

Click View Profile
Click Career
Click Certifications

4. Click the prompt icon for options
Add Licenses and Certifications—ONLY LICENSE/CERT PARTNERS CAN ADD; Employees cannot initiate
See page 2 for instructions to get to the Certifications screen.
Click Add
Complete the Add Certification form (* indicates required information)

NOTE: If the License/Certification Partner cannot find the certification, a manual request to add a new one is completed via Service Now with a License and Certification Request form. It is available on the Workday Help site: Workday > HR Colleagues > HR Production Resources > License and Certification Form

5. Add Licenses and Certifications
Click the arrow icon to expand the Attachments section; drag/drop files or click Select files to add attachments
Type comments and click Submit
Request moves on for approval; click Done
HINT: Click Add to add additional licenses/certifications

6. Edit Licenses and Certifications
See page 2 for instructions to get to the Certifications screen.
Click Edit next to the license/certification you want to change
Make edits to the certification screen and click Submit (* indicates required information)
Request moves on for approval; click Done
NOTE: Approvals may be required before your updated information will show in your profile.

7. Remove Licenses and Certifications
See page 2 for instructions to get to the Certifications screen.
Click Remove next to the license/certification you want to delete
Type comments and click Submit Please note: Comments are auditable and therefore should be appropriate
Request moves on for approval; click Done
NOTE: Approvals may be required before your updated information will show in your profile.
