Supervised individuals- get key students into the back of other lessons, use tutors etc.

Culture in the study rooms- for us “silence after Christmas”, get into the common room and challenge those not working.
Get a culture of momentum that sweeps everybody up!
In tandem futures are key to motivation- sow good seeds in Year 12- Russell Groups, Oxbridge, university, higher apprenticeship providers.
This is where out AS results really illustrate to students how hard it is to deliver on big dreams.

10. Attendance: OFSTED safeguarding is #1. Pick a time and day.
