You complete the NZQA form from your Certiport report of exam passes
You submit to PN for end of year reporting and to Deans/tutors/mentors for monitoring achievement

During this registration process if you are hoping to become a Proctor you must read and accept the “Proctor Agreement” in the “Choose a Purpose” step.
