When was it created? The Bill of Rights was created on 1791.
It has 10 amendments. 12 amendments were proposed, only 10 that were ratified that became the Bill of Rights.

What is the Bill of Rights?
The Bill of Rights Is the collective name for the first 10 amendments to the United States. The Bill of Rights is a list of Government power . It lists specific prohibitions on Government power.

Significance? The significance of the bill of rights was created to protect the right's of the citizen. It also protects the visitors and residents of the United states. Its other purpose was to give more and greater guarantees of personal liberties to the people. It limited federal Governments power.

The benefits? Protection of Individual Rights.
