DIRT Time: Dot codes Outstanding work. Seek extra challenge and use your skill to help others in improving their work. You have done a good job here. There may be some improvements to make, but they are minor. This shows signs of having done some things well, but it’s going to need some improvement to get there. There are lots of improvements to be made so listen closely to the advice you will be given.

You may also use your expertise to help someone else, especially those with red dots. Write the following in purple (there can be any number of bullet points): My Improvements: Note down the things you need to improve on. Use those notes to create an improved version of the work you did before or attempt a similar activity if available. Use those notes to create an improved version of the work you did before. In a purple pen, correct any SPAG errors that apply to you. Write the following: My Redraft Targets Prepare yourself to redo the activity, using your targets to guide you. Do one of the following: Prepare yourself to redo the activity, using your targets to improve the work. Prepare yourself to redo the activity with help from the teacher or a blue dot pupil. Prepare yourself to teach someone with a red dot OR attempt a ‘Blue Dot’ challenge in pink.
