Arousal Theory: Theory that people are motivated to behave in ways that will keep them the most aroused Ex:

Incentive Theory: A theory of motivation that behavior is directed toward attaining desirable stimuli and avoiding unwanted stimuli Ex:

Achievement Theory: Theory that people are motivated to behave in ways that help them to accomplish goals they set for themselve Ex:

Conflict Theory: A theory of motivation that states that our different motivations can get in the way of us being able to accomplish what we are trying to do. Ex:
