11. Desktop App Assure: request process
Step 1
Browse to and select “Sign In.”
Step 2
Once authenticated, from the Welcome screen select either the “My Customers” tile or the Dashboard link from the navigation menu.
Step 3
Search for and select the customer from “My Customer List”. If the customer is not listed, you’re not connected to the customer. Find the customer under “All Customers” and request association through “Request for Access” button.
Step 4
Once connected, select “Services” on the customer overview page. On the “Services” page, locate “Desktop App Assure” and click on “Learn More.”
Step 5
Complete the request form and select “Submit.”
