What is an Administrator?
Level 9 and 10 users in OU Campus are “Administrators” Level 10: “Full” Admin Initial Account/Site Setup Level 9: Assistant Admin Continuing Site Setup and Maintenance

Content Menu Admins have access to more features than lower-level users Snippets (levels 9 and 10) RSS (level 10) Find and Replace (level 10) Recycle Bin given to any user who can delete files (level 8 and above by default)

Create a New Snippet Create the snippet file
Associated this file with a new snippet into the Snippet Manager Place new snippet on a page

Create a New RSS Feed, Item and Article
Assign this RSS Feed to a section of the site Create news article pages within that section RSS Items will automatically be created with the news article page Make a copy of an existing RSS Feed source code asset or news listing page Name the new RSS Feed within the source code/page parameters

Find and Replace Activity
Find an image you would like to use as a logo for your sandbox Upload the image into OU Campus and publish it Determine the path to the current logo included in the sandbox header Find and Replace the current logo URL with your new logo URL

Reports Menu Different user levels have different access to reports
Levels only see their own report data and won’t see Site Check or Custom Reports Level 9 and 10 admins have full access to all reports Use reports to gather site-wide information

Required Actions – Fix a Broken Dependency Tag
Run the Dependency Scan Delete the /about/president.pcf page Run the Required Actions Report Open a file listed on the report Run the Link Check Gadget Open the Source Code Restore the /about/president.pcf page Find and Replace the old Dependency Tag with the new Dependency Tag

Pending Approvals – Reassign Workflow Pages
Submit a page for approval Re-assign to another approver Re-assign to yourself

Custom Reports – Users Run a custom report to see which users have addresses associated with their profiles Gravatar.com will allow your users to associate an image with their address

Only available to level 10 admins Contains two main areas: Account Level: settings will populate across all sites in an account Site Level: settings will differ depending on the site you’re viewing

Create a new tag Edit a tag Merge two tags Disable a tag Delete a tag Create a collection of tags

Template Access and Thumbnails
Set Access on any Section templates to Administrators Only Change the Thumbnail Image using the Thumbnail URL field Change the Thumbnail Image by placing a new image into the /_resources/ou/templates folder Image file and TCF must have matching file names to be automatically associated
