What I have learned Identity compatibility and conflict
Resources and community Outcomes of the projects People exist at the intersections even if you don’t understand it/want to acknowledge it We MUST have conversations about this (statistics)

Trapped at the intersections
Lack of inclusion in both faith-based groups and queer/trans organizations Queer/trans identity does not preclude one from having a faith-based identity, and vice versa Affirming churches are great, but this project hopes to reach ALL individuals at these intersections Problem of two sides: no inclusion vs. blind inclusion

Where do we go from here? This is not a question, it is a conversation
There will never be one answer Critically examine biases and preconceived notions Synthesize what I learned from my two projects, talk about NEO
