2 What is health? What makes you feel healthy? In your body? Your mind? Your spirit?

3 Put you hand up if…. Put your hand up if: You felt happy last week?
You felt sad last week? You enjoyed playing with your friends last week? You get stressed before tests? This is your mental health. It’s how you feel? All these feelings are normal, everybody has them

Mental health is about our mind. People show that their mind is feeling different by acting differently It can mean we feel like one or more of these a lot of the time: Sad and tearful or quiet Confused Upset Very, very chatty Worried /anxious Very busy and active Tired and not bothered about things

6 But people don’t have these feelings forever
Stormzy – Grime singer Has talked about having depression, when he feels very low and sad. He gets through it with help from professionals. "I always saw myself as a strong person who just deals with life, I get on with it. Sometimes I feel low”

7 Prince Harry has talked this year about his own mental health.
As an adult he has spoken to a counsellor about his grief which made him feel angry and his anxiety.
