Haem Onc WGS reporting guidance First Myeloma results Update on progress with validation cohorts Monthly Haem Onc Leads Calls (next is on Wednesday 29th August) Measures to facilitate recruitment of Haematological Participants Programme extension (now all Cancer) Reduced DNA requirements for germline DNA in Haematological Malignancies* Germline validation pilots Uncultured skin biopsy Enriched T- Cells (for myeloid malignancies) ·        *Whenever possible at least 4ug of DNA should be sent for germline as this will allow for any repeat testing that may be necessary. Where it is not possible to send 4ug of DNA it is permissible to submit less (absolute minimum of 1.3ug, with a minimum concentration of 20ng/ul and minimum volume of 66ul). Service desk must be notified when sending <4ug.
