5. Lab: Speed Testing [20 + 20mins]
2 sessions: A user and tester
Choose one of the following applications for testing. Familiarize yourself with the app, and define 3 tasks core to the app. [10 mins]
If you’re a tester, find a user to carry out the tasks. Measure time on task, task success, number of errors, user satisfaction (aka user experience). [10 mins]
I’ll randomly choose 2 testers to share findings with the class. [10 minutes]
Alternate your role, and repeat.
