Lab: Speed Testing [20 + 20mins]
2 sessions: A user and tester Choose one of the following applications for testing. Familiarize yourself with the app, and define 3 tasks core to the app. [10 mins] If you’re a tester, find a user to carry out the tasks. Measure time on task, task success, number of errors, user satisfaction (aka user experience). [10 mins] I’ll randomly choose 2 testers to share findings with the class. [10 minutes] Alternate your role, and repeat.

To do: Dec 5 & 7: Final project presentations (functional prototype required, show demo or video) Webpage + code repo due by 11:59 PM CST 12/7 In your presentations, you must specify member contributions in prototype implementation. No “all members equally participated”. Not providing this information will incur grade penalty. Submit peer and self evaluation by 12/7. Fill in the forms, print, and hand it to me in person. (Do not discuss responses with peers.) Required.
